Pain And Strange Noise In Right Ear, Also Have Pain In Right Eye. What Does It Indicate?

Suddenly I've got pain in my right ear. No redness, no lump, no fever, no liquid leakage. Even touching the lobe it's painful. Something started one week ago: noise like when you throw pebbles on the lake surface. This noise decreased in 3 days, but another pain appeared under my right eyelid (also on the right side of my head!), like having grains of sand. (Also, like in the ear, there are no visual sign of the area inflammation).
Currently, I'm taking Tecta (acetaminophen and oxycodone, which I regularly take for pain in the lower part of the spine, after I stopped using Tylenol 3 because of the codeine that burned my stomach).
Also, applying heat gives me some pain relief.
Please send me your advice at YYYY@YYYY
Thank you.
