Pain And Tenderness In The Buttocks. No Bruise Or Wound. Reason?

I ve got a tenderness in my left inner butt-cheek, but it is very localized. I can tell exactly where it hurts and where it doesn t. It /feels/ like a pimple or something of the sort, but upon inspection/feeling, there is nothing there. It is simply tender, and feels like there is something there to pop. Thank you for your time.

Dermatologist 's  Response
hi,
thanks for the query. the tender area that you are referring to is probably bacterial infection in its initial stages. the tender area will gradually become red , followed by pus pointing. you can use topical antibiotic cream on the lesion, as well as around the anal and urethral opening, twice a day. i would advice against you trying to pick up the lesion.
thanku
