Pain Below Armpit, Comes And Goes Quickly. Treatment?
I have been experiencing pain about 2 inches below my armpit on my left side. The pain comes and goes. At times if I put my arms up over my head and take a deep breath I will fill the pain and other times I can do the same thing an I won't feel it. Some movements may cause me to feel it also. It is a quick sharp pain that is hard to describe exactly where it is located below my arm pit since it comes and goes so quickly. I have felt this pain for about six weeks. I don't feel it when sitting or if I take a deep breath while sitting. I am a female and close to turning fifty.
Welcome to HCM. Most likely it is due to some muscular pain because it response with some specific movement. You have to take nsaid with muscle relaxant .If not responding to medicines than take intra muscular nsaid injection. Apply nsaid gel locally . Oral b12,calcium and d3 supplement will be helpful at this age. Also rule out any cardiac involvement by ecg and physician check up.
