Wisdom tooth is the last tooth to errupt in the oral cavity,often associated with pain and swelling during erruption.
Sore throat, ear irritation, and severe headaches are due to dental reasons.

I would suggest you to visit Dentist and get a checkup done, take an x-ray of the tooth,
I would like to tell you that wisdom tooth does not have any significant role in mastication and occlusion so its better to get it extracted if causing any problem.

As you said you cannot visit the dentist right now, take tab amoxiclav 625mg tab aceclofenac twice for three days.
Use lukewarm saline gargles, antiseptic mouthwash gargles twice daily & maintain a good oral hygiene.

You need to visit the Dentist get a checkup done, take an x-ray of the tooth.

Use saline water gargles 3-4 times, maintain a good oral hygiene use antiseptic mouthwash gargles twice daily.

The ear pain,headache are associated symptoms of erupting wisdom tooth.
Depending on the space avalable for tooth eruption,treatment has to be planned.
Based on clinical and x-ray examination,if there is sufficient space for tooth eruption,flap overlying tooth has to be removed to enhance tooth eruption.
If there is no space for eruption,get it removed.
To relieve pain temporarily,warm saline gargle may help.
Take complete course of antibiotics too.

GENERALLY WISDOM TOOTH ERUPTS AT THE AGE OF 18-22YRS.. ITS THERE IS NOT SUFFICIENT SPACE FOR THE TOOTH TO ERUPT THEN IS GETS IMPACTED. WHILE CHEWING OR ON BITING THE SOFT TISSUE/GUMS COVERING THE ERUPTING TOOTH GETS TRAUMATIZED BETWEEN BOTH THE UPPER AND LOWER TOOTH.. THE BEST THING WOULD BE EXTRACTIONS OF THAT WISDOM TOOTH. IF YOU DONT WANT TO EXTRACT IS THEN YOUR DENTIST WOULD PRESCRIBE SOME ANTIBIOTICS AND PAIN KILLERS,MOTH WASH AND ADVISE U TO KEEP THAT AREA CLEAN TO PREVENT FUTHER INFECTIONS( AS THE INFECTION KEEPS COMING EVERY 2-3MONTHS)...

Wisdom tooth is the last tooth to erupt in the oral cavity and often its eruption is associated with symptoms like pain and discomfort in eating , difficulty in opening mouth , swelling in the jaws ,headache and etc.

wisdom teeth are often tilted in position and impacted in the bone , gums overlying the tooth usually undergoes inflammation known as pericoronitis .

i would suggest you to go for symptomatic treatment at home like gargling with lukewarm saline water or antiseptic mouthwash like chlorhexidine or betadine.

You may need to get an OPG radiograph done for you which will show the exact position of the tooth, consult a dentist and get the tooth extracted surgically.

continue with the course of antibiotic Augmentin 625mg along with analgesics like aceclofenac two times daily for 3 to 5 days which helps in subding the symptoms.
