I have severe pain from IBS No BM for 5 days following anrecent episode where I used a laxative & set up a world of hurt lower abdomen craamping so unbearaBLE nOW WHAT TOTAKE TO GET MY BOWELS moving again. I in such situation prescribe amicacin injection 500mg, once daily for 5 days, ofloxacin, ranitidine , and domperidone for 5 days, if pain is unbearable give injection of dicyclomine hydrochloride, stat. thank you.
