Pain In Arms In Elbow Area, Increased Pulse Rate, Headache, Depression. What Should I Do? Have High BP

Hello I m feeling a bit concerned my arms are hurting my right more than left in the elbow area. I feel my pulse pumping strongly. I have been having headache the past few days and the feeling of being nervious. Also feeling very depressed all this has been for the past week or two. But have had these feelings on and off for a while like about 10 months now. But the past two weeks is been continuous. And I seem to feel upset and angry all the time at my husband. I m a sad case I know. But what should I do. My nurse-said about two weeks ago that my blood pressure was up a bit.

Dear Concerned,
Thanks for writing to us.
The pain in your right elbow could be due to musculoskelital in origin.Academically .,If it is on the outer side/lateral side it is called ."Tennis Elbow" ,If on the medial side of elbow /inner side it is called " Golfer's Elbow".Local application of a Tubigrip and a muscle relaxant spray will relieve you from the above. In addition you may also take anti-inflammatory medicines for the same.
The pulse pumping strongly and also being feeling nervous is due to some Anxiety .The latent anxiety could be due to various reasons. One of the reasons could be 'Stress'.you have not mentioned about your BP readings/age/height and weight /pulse rate etc.
You are advised to follow a salt-free /fat free diet and Life Style Modifications such as regular long walks to reduce your Anxiety and feeling depressed as per your own admission.
If the above measures do not help kindly consult an internal medicine practitioner for professional help.
Wishing you a speedy recovery.
Best regards.,
