when i was washing my hair i thought i pulled a muscle top left side of back near to spain this was 4 weeks ago and worse when i m in bed difficulty sleeping and no signs of going i can move my left arm in all directions but very pain full when i put my arm up clasp my elbow with right hand and stretch my arm behind my head , after 4 weeks i dont believe it is a muscle pain wheni touch it it feels as if it is a bone attached to spine please advise
This can be acute disc prolapse leading to compression of your cervical nerves. There is always some muscle sprain associated with it so continue muscle relaxant and add neurotropics . physiotherapy will help you in reducing spasm. Hope I have answered your query.
