hi there, what you are describing could be nothing serious or could be a TIA attack or an attack of angina. What ever it may be it is wise not to ingnore it and get yourself investigated with routine health check which whould include a complete blood check, ECG, X-ray chest, lipid profile. You may also get a complete physical exam done by your GP to rule out any high blood pressure complains or any inner ear pathology. You havn't told your menstural status and if you are perimenopausal then the symptoms can also be related to it. It is best to let a physicaian rule out any serious implication. Take care.
