Fibercystic or fibronodular breasts are usually due to a hormonal and balance. This means that your estrogen and progesterone are not well balanced, likely your progesterone might be low and estrogen a little high. you can try taking a natural supplement called di-indolmethane (DIM).
Your doctor can measure your hormones either in blood or saliva. It could also be genetic, e.g. if it runs in your family. If you drink caffeine, alcohol or eat a lot of sugar - staying away from those substances would be very helpful. Before you take any supplements over the counter however I recommend that you speak with your doctor to make sure that it is safe for you and does not interfere with any other medications or health conditions that you might have.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
