Pain In Chest, Lightheaded, Tingling, Headache, Burping, Swollen Throat. Any Ideas?
I hadnt eaten much today, drank a diet coke and then all the sudden i had a pain in my chest like a rock was stuck in it and i got light headed and tingly then had an awful headache with it. After this pain i felt air bubbles. I thought i could just burp it out but then it traveled up through my throat and now my throat feels swollen and it hurts to move it, cough, breathing even hurts my back. I still feel light headed and Ive now eaten tonight. this happened about 5 hours ago.

Hello.The most common adverse effects of diet coke are air bubbles,and
taking in excess ,sleep diseases or increased heart rate.
I think that chest pain was esophagus / stomach air bubbles.Dizziness ,tingly and headache was result of being nervous.
Does not seem important but you must go your doctor to examine you.
