Pain In Clitoris, Feels Like Hair Stuck, Pimple Like Bump. Negative STD Results. Any Ideas?

At work approximately 36 hrs ago, I was noticing some pain in my clitoris that felt like a hair was stuck in it. After further evaluation, I discovered there was a pimple-like bump almost directly on it. It is extremely painful to touch and I am having an increase in white discharge. Any answers as to what this could be? I have not had unprotected sex in months and had a negative STD panel after that.

Hi.

Hair follicles cannot usually be located on the prepuce or clitoris directly. Or else this could have been diagnosed to be an ingrown hair or folliculitis (inflammation or infection) of the hair follicle.

This has most probably occurred due to change in weather (hot weather) or friction from your undergarments.

I would advise you to take warm sitz baths 3-5 times a day or more, apply warm compresses on the area directly rest of the times.

Try to avoid undergarments or wear clean and dry comfortable cotton undergarments.

I am sure you will feel better soon, keeping in mind you sexual status, this should not be anything serious.

You shall fell better soon.

Take care.

Welcome to HCM.
It is most likely hair route infection might be due to improper hygiene after sex, scratching after perspiration or shaving.
Take proper local care, use medicated soap to clean.
Apply local anti bacterial, anti fungal cream.
Oral antibiotic like oflox, moxiflox, ornidazole will be helpful.
Avoid sex till get complete cure.
Consult your doctor for better medical management.
