Pain In Elbow, Head, Lower Back And Nauseous After Falling From Stairs

last night I fell down a flight of stairs. I hurt my elbow, head, side of my body and my rear. now my lower right side of my back hurts and I noticed shortly after the fall and this morning, there was blood when I went to the bathroom. I also feel nauseous right now.
