Hi, i read your mother cervical MRI report which looks not bad for female with 50 yrs old. this are mild degenerative change of disc and joint of her spine which is age related changes and this are irreversible. but your mother symptoms are moderate to severe.so there is mismatch inMRI finding and her symptoms so her main problems are not due to spine so other probable causes are- Diabetic neuropathy sensory/motor neuron disorder you required a neuro physician for further treatment. All the best. Thanks.
