Pain In Head After Being Slapped. Nosebleeds, Ear Pain. Earlier Taken Medicine For High BP. Can You Help?

I am very often slapped hard on my face and mostly on the left side that it leaves me in pain for two or three days on the left side of my head, back of my head, near my eye and nose that it sometimes bleeds. I have high BP was on tablets, but stopped. I am having headaches quite often when I bend over I am having left ear pain... Can you help me???

My first advice is to continue BP medications, it's not good to stop medication suddenly unless your BP is under control. Your headache could be due to high BP also, first get your BP monitoring done. And for pain in left side of face you can take paracetamol for pain relief, if you have reduced hearing or bleeding from ear , please get your ear examined by ENT specialist , it's better to avoid injury over face. Have a good health, take care.
