Hi, Vaginal mesh implant is known to cause many side effects like bleeding, infection, pan in pelvic area. But as it is implanted in vagina,it's far away from hip joint or leg as such.So I don't think it will disappear after mesh removal. Still it is advisible to exclude pelvic inflammation from time to time Pain in hip & leg can arise from Increased body weight, low calcium & vit D,artritis of hip/knee,Vit. B12 deffeciensy. Please get consultation/investigations for the pain. Thanks
