Pain In Left Ear, Vibration In Eardrum When Putting Antibiotic Drops. On Z-pak And Tylenol 3. Canker Sore In Mouth, Swollen Lymph Nodes. Normal?

Is it normal for the ear/ear drum to hurt when putting the antibiotic drops into for an outer ear infection? My left ear hurts and it feels like the membrane/ear drum is vibrating when I put the antibiotic drops into it. (36 hrs into treatment). I am also taking z-pak (for a double ear infection on the other side) and Tylenol-3 (for the pain) but still hurts. I appear to have a canker sore in my mouth too and the surface of my tongue was hard to get pink instead of whitish (until I started doing salt water soaks/rinses every hour or so. ). Lymph nodes still swollen, etc. pain is not completely relieved by Tylenol-3. Throat hurts to swallow, etc.

Also, I don't know if it is urgent to go see my regular dr tomorrow or give it more time for the antibiotics to work - I saw an urgent care doc on Sunday night.

if the drum is infective it hurts i dont think this is simple
look me like acute sinusitis and there is middle ear infections
if h diagnosis is no correct puttin drop can hurt causing puncture of drum
in my opinion consult ent doctor who can treat you according to position of drum and ear problems
