Pain In Left Leg While Standing Continuously, H/o Pain While Taking Deep Breath. Treatment?
Hi,I am Satyajeet 22 years male.I feel pain in left leg on back side of the thigh in standing position continuosly.i think it may be nerve injury.Because there is NO H/O muscle pain,NO H/O knee pain....but there is H/O back pain slightly while deep breathing in sleeping position....So what is the diagnosis and treatment for this problem......
Your condition needs proper clinical examination, history, and X-rays. X-ray of lumbar spine AP/Lateral view should be taken. MRI of lumbar spine can be done to depict the status of nerve involvement. There may be chance of Lumbar disc prolapse. It is generally associated with tingling sensation and numbness, but isolated pain may be the presentation. So,get examined by a neurologist.
