What Causes Chest Tightness And Breathing Difficulty?

Hi, I have an issue with my chest/lungs, when breathing, it feels like my chest is tight and I never get a full breath in before releasing again. I can't explain very well, but this is the best explanation I can give. My chest , more often than not, feels tight, and I have to force air into my lungs by taking a very deep breath. and this happens once every 2 breaths. I have been tested for Asthma, Anaemia, Sickle Cell and more.

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Since you have already tested negative for asthma, anaemia, we should definitely rule out stress and anxiety for your symptoms.
Undiagnosed stress and anxiety can cause similar breathing difficulty.
So better to consult psychiatrist and get done counselling sessions.
Try to identify stressor in your life and start working on its solution.
You may need anxiolytic drugs too. Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
