Pain In Left Palm While Stretching. What Should I Do?
A few days ago,I bent down to pick-up a small object and felt a mild but sharp pain in the palm of my left hand but did not for the rest ofv the day. Over the next few days I felt it few times a day but only when I stretched my arm usually pointing down but it only last for a few seconds! It has been about 4 days now but today 3/15/2013,I felt the pain even when my hand or arem were not in motion,any thought s,Joseph
Hello Joseph, This pan can be due to strain or sprain of muscle or due to compression of nerve.If this is a continuous pain which is located only in hand then there can be a muscle injury due to heavy work.You should consult to a good orthopedic doctor for relief.
