Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Its unlikely for Endometrosis to manifest after menopause.
Its most likely to be due to Urinary tract infection

i would suggest you following

1. Urine Microscopic examination and culture
2. Drink plenty of oral fluids to ensure high urine output which will help in flushing of infection
3. 5 day use of antibiotic like ciprofloxacin will eradicate the infection.

Cystitis is very common complaints in post menopousal females and can be prevented by ensuring good intake of fluids

In case you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Wishing you happy and healthy life

Take Care
