Hi I have just recently been diagnosed with Crohns disease 18 months, I started getting bad pains in my back and into my legs which have got worse the last 6 months,resulting in me having to give up working, has I get really bad pains standing for longs periods and when walking. Iv seen a rheumatologist test come back fine, im currently undergoing physio but dont find its helping. Could you please suggest anything to help thanks

Hello, Crohn s disease have imunologcal back ground.This can be associated with back pain due to development of axial arthritis & due to associated weakness in bones.With physio ,you should also do following to have relief- -Take a good analgesic like advil or aleeve. -Do warm fomentation over back. -Take some chondroprotective agents like glucosamine .
