Pain In Legs, Bottom Of Heel While Walking. Working In Housekeeping Department. Remedy?
Iam 49 and work at a motel in housekeeping , on my feet a lot in the last four weeks my right leg and the bottom of my heal are in a lot of pain , to the point where it is VERY painful to step or even walk on it what do you think is my problem , the motel I work at has all the doors open to the outside so I am on sidewalks most of the time....
In my opinion you might be having age related degenerative arthritis of the weight bearing joints..its a wear and tear phenomenon of the joint...in your case its involving the ankle..i would suggest you follow these simple steps..- avoid over use of affected limb give it a rest. but do some simple exercises or movements to prevent disuse atrophy of muscles..you might need to use some good pain killers with minimal side effects available in your market..and if you are an overweight person then follow some good diet and control your weight..in severe case you need to consult a orthopaedician they might get some blood exams and scanning done of your ankle like x-ray or mri.
