Hi, welcome to Health care magic forum.
You had partial hysterectomy in 2010. The reason for the pain could be due to adhesions, urinary tract infection, stone in the infection, anxiety, and now it is due to the problem with the ovaries.
I advise you to consult a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery . thank you.

Pathologist and Microbiologist Dr. Shailja Puri's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,
The pelvic scan reveals presence of follicles and cysts.
Follicles and cysts are common in healthy ovaries.
The follicle on right side measures 1.6x1.1 cm.
A follicle of this size will not cause any discomfort or symptoms.
The ovary undergoes cyclic formation of follicles and subsequent rupture during ovulation. this process is responsible for the formation of follicles.
Cysts formed in the ovary can reach to very large size.
Large sized cysts can cause symptoms like abdominal pain, abdominal distention and menstrual abnormalities.
If you are asymptomatic, there is nothing to worry.

thanks and take care
