Pain In Lower Jaw, Numbness In Left Cheek, No Infection Or Cavities. Cardiovascular Problem?

I just got back from taking my husband to the dentist , because he is experiencing a lot of pain in his lower jaw, and numbness on the left side of his jaw and cheek. The dintist could find nothing wrong. No infection, abcess, or cavities... could this be something cardiovascular? He s not had any heart issues or anything, and his last physical was clear. We are just stymied.

(stent is small artificial tube which keep the narrow blood vessel open
