Pain In Lower Stomach, Lower And Middle Spinal Cord And Chest. Relaxation In Chest With Sound When Stretched. Problem?

I am a 25 years old man (not married), of recent my evening leisure is playing football but for over 3yrs i feel alot of pain in my lower stomatch esspecially at night, recently i also feel pain in the lower and midle spinal cord and the upper part of my chest(not much) of which when i strech, it relaxes with sound...please advice me doctor, thanks

Thank for choosing HCM, lower abdomen pain and the spinal cord region pain are two different things they do not seem related with each other, but the cause of pain in both the things looks like muscular problem you better try some local rubificiant cream and see the physiotherapist too, will help you lot have nice day if does not relieve you then would need clinical examination with some routine test,, have nice day.
