ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello,
It could be because of dryness in mouth.
you can use normal saline nasal sprays and avoid exposure to dry air.
this occurs because of chronic irritation in throat by dry air.
secondly the other cause could be reflux disease which may cause constant irritation.
you should take antireflux medicines and take precautions---
Keep head end of bed elevated.
Avoid alcohol, Smoking
Do brisk walking daily
Go for walk after dinner
Avoid spicy food
Avoid late night coffee
