Pain In Muscles, Abdomen After Taking Increased Dose Of Metformin Along With Glimepiride, Nodolol, Hormone Pill

I recently had this Metformin increased from 500 mg twice daily to 1000 mg twice daily. I take glimepiride,nadolol,fish oil,fluid pill traimatrene,hormone pill are these mixtures causing my muscle pains whole body, stomach pains/nausea and so tired from noon on through the day each day? I am age 64, female, have had triple bypass surgery 2006, have spasmodic cerebal palsy, type 2 (I think 2) diabetic since age 11.

Muscle pain is most probably due to chronic illness so you may need to take dietary supplement and healthy diet.

Some lifestyle modification are useful for like,
Sleep better by sticking to a regular sleep schedule.
Exercise in moderation. .
Cut back on caffeine. .
Avoid alcohol and cigarettes. Consider dietary supplements
