Pain In My Left Lung, Bubbles Popping, Shortness Of Breath, Tired Feeling
Hello. I was just wondering what these symptoms could possibly be ....I have pain in my left lung when I cough and breathe and when I breathe deep it feels like bubbles popping or air bubbles or something. I also have shortness of breath and have been feeling weak lately along with being tired. This has been happening for the past 3 weeks or so. Please tell me what this could possibly be?
Sometimes, when there is excess mucus secretion in the airways of the lungs, you get an "air bubble" feeling on deep breathing.
You may be feeling easily tired because the mucus in the lungs may be preventing enough oxygen from being exchanged in the lungs and therefore inadequate oxygen circulation in the body.
Visit your family physician or a chest physician to diagnose the problem. 3 weeks is quite a long time so it's better to get yourself checked rather than keep feeling worried.
You could be suffering from lung infection resulting in secretions in the lung. Have you suffered from reapeted lung infections like TB or Broncheactasis or Asthma in the past . Get a xray chest, routine blood count and a PFT done. Take a course of antibiotics like Augmentin 1.0 gm twice a day and inhalers like aerocort. Take steam inhalation and do some deep breathing exercises.
