Hello

Thanks for the query

It is difficult to interpret as what exactly is wrong without examining you and ordering for atleast an x ray however in my clinic most elderly patients with neck pain suffer from cervical spondylosis. I recommend you to use a neck collar for pain relief.
However swelling of the neck and numb chest needs further work up in the form of CT cervical spine and chest. Please approach a physician for the same.

I understand that you dont have insurance but if you ignore it further things might become worse and you might end up spending even more than now.

I hope I was of help

Regards
