Pain In Nipple, White Discharge, Hurts, No Rings. Suggestion?
hi im 41 yes old and when i was 28 yrs old i got my nipples pierced. now i have had them without rings for 10 yrs yesterday afternoon i started to have very much pain on my left nipple and some white discharge from the piercing area . today im still with the pain and very sensitivity and still some discharge i squeezed it s to see if some more discharge came out and it did but now i cant even take my bra off it just hurts so much ... what could this be ?

Apparently it looks like having some infection in piercing area giving you this trouble.
But as this occurred after so many years, we should rule out any pathology in the breast at this age.
Consult Gynaec and get examined.
Go for mammography.
Meanwhile take one course of antibiotic to cure infection.
Ok and take care.
