Pain In Penis While Urinating. Blood Test Done, HbsAg Negative, Urine Test Shows Sugar. Treatment?
sir i am xxxxx i got pain in my penis and urine. my skin around penis closed my blood was reported serology hbsag nagative, dc neutrophils 63, dc lymphocytes 30, dc monocytes 02,dc eosinophils 05, blood for hg 64, blood for tc 7600 cumm, urine albumin nil, urine sugar ++, urine microscopy 6-8 pus cells. plese answer me.

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have acquired UTI with Balano Posthatitis.You have developed Phimosis due to Diabetes .
Please consult qualified general surgeon or Urologist for clinical examination. You may need to undergo Circumcision once your Diabetes is well controlled.
In the mean while take some antibiotic like Ciprofloxacin along with Urinary antiseptic like Nitrofuarantoin twice daily.
Get prescription of these drugs from your family Physician.

Your report indicates glycosuria. Increased pus cells indicates urinary tract infection.
Blood report indicates no abnormality.
But hemoglobin is very low.
Do a complete hemogram including MCV, MCH, MCHC..
and consult with your treating doctor about a broad spectrum antibiotics.
