Hi, I ve this pain on both sides of my pubes. This started a day after I had sex with protection. The only thing different was that I had sex with my new girl friend and we had about 4 rounds for the first night. The pain was not that bad the first morning after. On the third day (the last time I ve had sex) I started getting itches on my pubes which stopped on the fifth day. The pain is still there. I checked with my girl friend and she doesn t have any pains. She has also been tested for STDs and HIV 3 months prior to our sexual encounter. I m a 35 year old man. I d greatly appreciate your help in this regard.
Hi there. There seems to be some sort of inflammation in your pubes with secondary lymphadenitis or lymph node inflammation. If there is any itch in your groin, may have been a fungal infecton; if there was a trransient lesion on your genitlai/penis, then the matter is entirely different. What STD's has she been checked for? It could just be the friction & trauma effects of vigorous sex have caught up. Still may be prudent to get yourself checked by an STD specialist near your home & take a one time dose of antibiotic-antifungal combine with plenty of fluids to flush out any mild infection. Cheers & Good luck!
