Pain In Rib Cage When Breathing Or Laughing. Normal Urine Test And EKG. No Cough Or Fever

I have pain that started in my lower right rib cage ( stabbing pain) it hurt to breathe and laugh. I went to the dr and he did a ekg and urine test which came back normal. That evening I spiked a 102 degree temp which broke with rest and IBU. Today my left lower chest and left lower back hurt, still when I breathe or laugh. I have no cough and have no fever but am very uncomfortable and in pain.

You need to have a Chest X Ray if you have not had one done yet. Pneumonia and other possible diagnoses need to be ruled. out.
