Pain In Right Sciatic, Warm Numb Right Quadrant. Treatment To Alleviate Discomfort?

i am 68 yo male and physically active ( yoga 2x week and coaching youth activities, not a runner). My right sciatic develops pain after sitting for 1 1o 11/2 hours, my right quad is both warm and numb most of the time. Are these issues related if so what can i do and if not what can i do to alleviate the discomfort? Thanks for reading. YYYY@YYYY
