Hello
the pain you are suffering from may be due to acidity, liver problems, gall bladder problems or may be due to simple trauma.
I will advise you to undergo ultrasound scan of abdomen, upper GI endoscopy, complete blood counts, liver function tests, blood sugar and take opinion of local physician.
I hope you understood, don't panic, get well soon.
thank you.
