Pain In Shoulders And Across Back Of Top Of Spine, Spreading To Arms. What Could Be This?
I have been having pain in the shoulders and across the back at the top of the spine. I went to an orthopedic doctor who gave me something for the infection in the rotator cuff. This did little if anything. the pain has now moved down the upper part of the arms and still is in the back. Who should I see about this?
Most probably there can be disc prolapse or levator scapulae syndrome. This can also be there due to over work or stress. You should also take help of your physiotherapist. He may give you relief by massage therapy, exercises & by applying some modalities.
Hope this will help you.
