Pain In Testicle, Itching In Penis. Negative For STD, Positive For Calcium Stones
hi i have pain in my testicles and slight itching in my penis. A couple of months ago while working in West Africa i found my room cleaner using my tooth brush and 2 weeks after had a fluid coming out of my penis. I did a urine test and it was negative for std's but positive for calcium stones/cyrstals. I did not have any more problems until 2 weeks ago after having sex with my wife and now i have the ame symptoms.
Your problem is not related to use of tooth brush by your room cleaner.
Probably discharge is due to urinary tract infection. You need routine hemogram,RBS, urine RE/ME, Urine culture and sensitivity, ultrasound of abdomen and scrotum.Treatment depends upon investigation reports.
Ultrasound can exclude renal or urinary bladder calculus. There must be some source of calculus in urine so, it needs to be investigated.
Cause of testicular pain can be assessed by USG of scrotum.
