Pain In Testicles, Pain Moves From Left Testicle To Right Side. Causes?
Hi, I have little pain in my testicles from past 3-4 days. I use to wear loose underwear, but after the pain started I begin wearing tight underwear. It has given me some relief but not complete relief. The pain moves from my left testicle to right side, then come back to the left side and keeps on rotating. The pain is little though. What could be the reasons? Please advice.
Pain in the testicular region can be attributed to:
1. Trauma
2. Inflammation/infection.
3. Varicocele
4. Pain due to kidney stone can also radiate to testicular area.
In your post you have not mentioned about any history of trauma.
So, an infective or inflammatory cause can also be thought of...such as orchitis or epididymo-orchitis.
Under such condition, you need to take antibiotics along with analgesics under the guidance of a Urologist.
Investigation like Complete blood count & Ultrasound scan of abdomen & the scrotal region will be helpful in clinching the diagnosis.
There is nothing to worry...you will be fine.
Make sure you take the medications properly.
Wishing a Good Health.
Thanks & take care.
