Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
After going through your history, you have history of Urinary Tract Infection.
Your urine is showing Presence of pus cells it means it may be partially treated or fresh infection.
There may be any predisposing factor like obstruction to urinary tract.
The organisms responsible for UTI are some time notorious and resistant to antibiotics, hence one should not take antibiotics without prescription of Physician.
Please consult Urologist as you have not mentioned you age and sex as causes differ in male and female.
Get your urine Routine and Microscopic wit culture and abdominal sonography to see any stone or obstruction.
Urologist will give antibiotic according to sensitivity test, and take your infection will improve and once cause is detected it can be treated accordingly.
