Pain In The Bladder While Urination And Frequent Urination

When I m done peeing, my bladder hurts really bad, like a sharp pain . and when it hurts a little bit of blood will come out. the First day I felt this I had to pee like every half hour, but barley anything would come out but if I hold to where I really have to go. I pee a normal amount and it wont hurt and no blood will come out. So it s the less I pee, the more it hurts. Im a Female, 16 years old i am sexually active im 5 2 and 157 lbs . what could this be? please help i ve been hurting for 4 days now .

You need to have your urine checked for infection. It sounds like you have a urinary tract infection and this should be treated soon. Otherwise, it can progress to a kidney infection which can be vary serious. I am also concerned that this may be a sexually transmitted disease. If you are having any vaginal complaints, you should tell a doctor right away and be treated empirically (take meds just in case) for STD. Please go get checked out. Good luck!
