Pain In The Inner Right Thigh And In Front Of The Right Shin With Both Spots Burning And Tender To Touch?
I am experiencing pain in my inner right thigh and discoloration. The pain began a day ago and the pain is also on the front of my right shin. The both spots are tender to touch with a burning, crampy sensation. I am a 27 year old African American male
Your problems are apparently due to inflammation of the leg veins (of the foot, running up to the groin region) , which has caused discoloration of the inner thigh and the pain in the shin. The condition is called Phlebitis. You will require a course of antibiotics and, if required, drugs which prevent clot formation.
However, your treating doctor is the BEST JUDGE, as he will be able to identity the exact cause after examining you.
So, consult your doctor at the earliest.
