Pain In The Left Shoulder After Lifting A Heavy Box From A Height More Than Mine.
I lifted a box off top of filing cabinet, bit hgher than I am and just behind the left shoulder pain,heavy and like something was sqeezing that spot, made me bend off to the side. I did have a small tear in shoulder beginning part of spring. but pain is different.
