Hi ! From your symptoms it a few thing comes to our mind.
1. One is amebiasis, which is a global problem and happens due to eating unhygienic food outside. Please get your stool tested by a pahtologist and consult your doctor.
2. YOu may be sensitive to any component of your diet, which is irritating your intestines. One such component is glutten, which is found in some wheat products. So consult your dietician, and try to exclude food that contain gluten and your symptoms may start improving.
3. It can also happen in irritable bowel syndrome, which has got very many reasons, one of the common being anxiety ad stress.
If the symptoms persist, then I would suggest you to consult your family physician and discuss with him on the above.
Wishing you a fast recovery. Thanks.
