Yes me and my bf was having sexual intercourse and towards the climax he said he felt it comin but then it went away causing a sharp pain in his lower abdomen . He still has this pain n he said one time begore it felt like someone stuck a needle in his penis whole. His large intestines is bubbling. He keeps drinking alot of water. Whats wrong

hi dear, feeling the sense of ejaculation but not able to do so may be a sign of retrograde ejaculation. would like to know if he has similar feeling when he masturbates. if yes he needs to meet a medical specialist.
