Hello dear..
I have gone through the Urine analysis report as attached to your post.
The presence of pus cells in urine is called Pyuria & it indicates the presence of on going infection/inflammation in the Urinary tract.
The other findings like haziness on external appearance, decreased pH, traces of proteins & presence of few bacteria also indicates towards the possibility of an
Urinary Tract infection.
Presence of pain in lower back can also be attributed to this.
The treatment involves:
1. Drinking lots of water (it dilutes the urine)
2. Antibiotics depending upon culture & sensitivity reports.
3. If there is associated
fever, then
paracetamol 500 mg three times in a day can be added.
So, kindly consult an
Urologist and start the treatment.
Further investigation like
Ultrasound scan of abdomen & pelvis will be helpful in assessing the progress.
One more thing...avoid acidic foods, carbonated drinks and alcohol...& maintain good hygiene.
There is no need to worry...you will be perfectly alright after taking the course of antibiotics.
Wishing you a speedy recovery.
Thanks & take care.
