Pain In The Lungs. Had TB In Childhood. Not Able To Go Out. Treatment?

why although I have had t.b. as child I now getting bad lung pain when on days I go out of the house and am on my feet for several hours, I have a constant dull ache in the left lung which only is helped by heat and sitting in a chair or lying down warm, this is spoiling outing with friends as they do not understand that when it happens i need to stop and rest and stay warm. help

U may be having a post tubercular bronchiectasis and hence the recurrent infection causing pain.But i fail to understand the heat and warm affections
