Suggest Medication For Melina Disease
A patient under treatment for gland TB, has developed Melina disease. My question is how to continue, treatment for both gland TB and Melina disease simultenousely.

I really appreciate your concern, here the underlying cause of melena is matter of concern because it is not the disease it self but it is the symptom, let me inform you that if some one is suffering from Tuberculosis and along with this if some other illness is there then it can be managed accordingly least concern with TB so melena can be managed as it is discus this with doctor hope this information helps.
