After reading your post, I would like to advise that you can continue with the medication advised by your doctor. You can also do deworming by taking Albendazole 400 mg at night.
Following precautions can be helpful :- 1. Eat more salads in your meals. 2. Include fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet. 3. Fruits like guava and papaya are beneficial in treating constipation. 4. Drink lots of water daily. 5. Avoid spicy and oily foods.
You should get yourself clinically examined and investigated by a Gastroenterologist. Investigations like Colonoscopy will be helpful.
I hope this is helpful to you. Thanks.
