Pain In The Neck And Head After A Fall. Need Medical Attention?
I fell and hit my head 3 days ago and saw a gp yesterday that said I should be fine but for the last half an hour I ve got this horrible pain on the opposit side of my head which I also banged. The pain is in my head and going down my neck . it s very painfull. I have what seems to be a dent in my head the side that the pains on!? YYYY@YYYY

Do you have history of unconsciousness after fall?
Do you have any degree of weakness in any four limbs?
You should immediately consult with orthopedic surgeon on urgent basis and get you x ray cervical spine and CT/ MRI brain.
You may have bony injury or soft tissue injury in form of sprain.
This can be detected by these investigations.
If any evidence of cervical spine injury is present then you should consult with orthopedic surgeon/ neurosurgeon.
If CT/ MRI brain suggest any concussion/ blood collection then you should consult with neurosurgeon.
If both these investigations are normal then you should consult with physician and should go for analgesics with muscle relaxants.
