Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
With the available described symptoms, there appears to be possibility of acute viral gastroenteritis.
Presence of diarrhea and neck pain suggest the diagnosis.
Myalgia is a prodromal symptom of viral infection.
As such there appears to be no correlation between past c-section and tubes ligation.
You should consult with internal medicine specialist and should go for thorough check up.
You should avoid milk and all milk products.
You should take complete antibiotic therapy, probiotics, antispasmodics and muscle relaxants.
You should also apply hot soakings in neck for soothing effects.
Take care,
Dr. Mayank Bhargava
